As a Jefferson and Berkeley County real estate team, we have many years of combined experience with assisting buyers and sellers in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Particularly in today’s tough real estate market, sellers need to stay on top of their game. Make sure you buff up your curb appeal.
Think about it: when you walk up to a home for the first time, elements such as landscaping and paint play a large part in your first impression of the property. This is what we in the real estate industry call “curb appeal.” The better your home looks from the sidewalk, the more interested buyers will be in going inside. Make an effort to have impeccable landscaping and a fresh welcome mat, and if need be, do a few paint touchups. The extra effort will go a long way in getting Berkeley and Jefferson County home buyers to walk through the door.
