That Pesky Groundhog

Don't you wish that pesky groundhog would decide whether or not it's still winter? This cold, then warm, then cold again weather is confusing all of us!

Sometimes we think the groundhog has set his sights on the real estate market, too. Conflicting messages abound! Interest rates and home prices are down, selection is terrific, buyers don't have to make snap decisions, and, most importantly, people still need homes in which to live. Yet, the media continues to paint a bleak picture regarding the wisdom of purchasing a home now. Our recommendation to you is to rely on your common sense, along with advice from a trusted financial professional to determine if this is a good time for your family to pursue the American Dream. If so, The Kable Team looks forward to making your home purchase an enjoyable experience! Don't forget to visit us at www.kableteam.com.

Have a terrific week!
