When comparing March 2008 to March 2007, we see that the total sold volume is up 0.85%, the average days on the market is down 6.77%, and the number of properties going under contract during the month was up 5.56%. Most surprising to all of us, the average sold price increased 5.77%.

The experts say we won't know the real estate market has hit bottom until it's on the rebound. Could this be the beginning of that rebound? One batch of statistics do not a trend make, but the numbers are encouraging enough to get our attention.
