Lauryn Carper is a dedicated Realtor® with The Kable Team, bringing over a decade of experience and a unique blend of integrity, authenticity, trustworthiness, and empathy to her clients. Born and raised in Jefferson County, WV, Lauryn’s passion for real estate began early. Touring homes as a child and bonding over HGTV with her mother sparked her love for design and the creativity of the real estate process.

Lauryn’s journey in the field started just two weeks after high school as a receptionist at the brokerage where The Kable Team operated at the time. In 2012, when the team branched out to form their own brokerage, Lauryn became an integral part of their success. What began as a temporary role quickly became a rewarding career, with Lauryn transitioning from transaction coordinator to full-time Realtor®.

Lauryn’s background gives her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process, from initial inquiries to the closing table. With certifications as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN®), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), and Home Finance Resource (HFR®), she brings specialized expertise in property negotiations and guiding buyers through the home financing process.

Beyond the Office: Family First, Community Always

When she’s not working, Lauryn enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and the family’s two dogs. They love exploring the outdoors, visiting new restaurants, breweries, and wineries, and hosting family and friends for meals and gatherings. A proud Jefferson County native, Lauryn is deeply involved in the community, volunteering with local food drives and leading The Kable Team initiatives like Shred Day, coat drives, and bike drives. Her adventurous spirit fuels a bucket list that includes skydiving, seeing the Northern Lights, traveling to Africa for a safari, and indulging in authentic pasta and pizza in Italy.
