Stephanie Mitchell is a Realtor® at Kable Team Realty.  At 14 years old, Steph started working for 'The Carol Kable Team' by labeling and stamping postcards. As a teenager, her summers consisted of assisting in the office while learning the ropes of the industry. Born and raised in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, she has deep roots in the Shenandoah Valley and currently resides in Winchester, Virginia.

Always ambitious, Steph's humble beginnings progressed to Receptionist, then eventual Executive Assistant for the owner of another local real estate agency. In 2007, her love of learning led her into the mortgage industry. Again, starting from the ground up, Steph quickly went from Customer Service Representative to Mortgage Closer to Operations Manager of a multistate mortgage company.

Coming full circle, she returned to real estate in 2019 and added experience in Virginia to her resume. Long overdue, Steph earned her real estate license in both Virginia and West Virginia after passing both exams on her initial attempt.

As a fierce negotiator and advocate for her clients, Steph puts her extensive knowledge and experience into each transaction.
